We currently offer shipping across Canada. All orders are processed and shipped domestically.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipping.

3. Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders are packaged with privacy in mind. No logos, no obvious labels, and nothing that draws attention to the contents.

4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $200 anywhere in Canada, orders under $200 have a $20 flat rate shipping fee.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, crypto and in the future we hope to accept debit/credit transactions.

6. How do I know my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out through our contact form.

7. Can I track my order?
Yes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped via Canada Post.

8. What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.

9. Do you offer refunds or replacements?
We handle situations case-by-case. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out and we’ll review it with you.
